C0MPENSATION PROGRAM- Agent operates on a 70/30 (agent/brokerage) split per transaction side upon each closed sale. Agent contributes $100.00 affiliation fee to company on the first of each month. Agent contribution to company caps at $12,000 from sales in rolling 12 month period from date of affiliation. This agreement will last in perpetuity until terminated by agent or by mutual agreement.
NO FRANCHISE OR MARKETING FEES - There are no franchise, marketing or “off the top” fees associated with this plan.
AD AND MARKETING COSTS -Agent is responsible for all costs associated with listings, self promotion, signage, prospecting and any other expense deemed variable in cost.
RECRUITING BONUSES - RED Realty agents who recruit experienced agents from other companies to this plan will receive ongoing recruiting bonuses as long as both agents are affiliated with RED Realty equivalent to 5% per month upon receipt of the recruited agents affiliation fee.
FREE EMAIL ADDRESS & VOICE MAIL - Company will make available free voice mail and email address to agents.
CONFERENCE CENTER - Agents will have free access to the RED Realty conference center to meet clients and customers, hold buyers and sellers seminars or conduct any other real estate related function.
Plan Parameters.
1. Agents may work in home or mobile setting.
2. Agent pays all expenses associated with their personal business (property ads, self promotional ads, MLS fees) Yard signs and sign riders will be made available at company cost to agents, or may procure their own.
3. Errors and omissions insurance will billed to the agent at an amount equal to $30.00/month
4. All participating agents must adhere to the company mission statement emphasizing a high standard of customer and client service.
Payment of fees more than 10 days late may result in agent termination or renegotiation of this plan.

This plan was crafted for those agents who are more than likely seasoned veterans with a proven track record of success in the real estate business and are looking for a low annual fixed cost of doing business, while requiring marginal resources from the company.
